I am a research physicist and academic by training,with a passion for physics and mathematics education at all levels,including A-level,International Baccalaureate,and even undergraduate level topics.I studied Natural Sciences,specialising in Physics,at the University of Cambridge,graduating with First-Class Honours and several academic prizes.I then completed my doctorate in Particle Physics at the University of Oxford,before taking up research and lecturing positions at the University of Stockholm.I have a long history of involvement with the Oxbridge Physics and Mathematics programmes:I have taught advanced undergraduate physics courses at the University of Oxford,and have lectured postgraduate physics at the University of Stockholm.In addition to my years of experience as an Oxford tutor,I have also been involved in Oxford Physics undergraduate admissions.For two years,I was responsible for developing Physics interview questions and interviewing applicants for the Oxford course.I have substantial experience in the Oxbridge interview,what is expected of the candidates,and precisely which qualities Oxford and Cambridge are looking for in prospective undergraduates.I have worked as a consultant on Oxbridge admission in Stockholm;my most recent student has just accepted a place to read Natural Sciences,specialising in Physics,at the University of Cambridge.In addition I have been actively involved in the UK physics community for a number of years,and am able to offer substantial consultation on UK universities and the reputations of the different Physics and Mathematics departments across the country.
